The pools were beautifully maintained.
The bed was unbearably hard, which made sleep impossible. Additionally, the shower was not properly cleaned, leaving hairs behind that were quite unsightly. My family and I felt let down by the vegetarian options. we were promised a specialized menu that never returned after our first day.
